Proposal & Booking
After your quote is approved, we'll finalize the agreement, confirm event details, and prepare for a seamless experience.

Site Visit & Confirmation
We visit your venue ahead of delivery day to confirm placement, access, power and water. 72 hours before your event, you'll receive written confirmation of the arrival window, placement and your day-of contact.

Delivery & Guest-Ready Set up
We arrive on schedule, complete setup, and ensure everything is ready before your guests arrive, so you can focus on enjoying your event.

We serve Oak Ridge, Crossville, Lenoir City, Farragut, Bearden, Knoxville, Alcoa, Maryville, Townsend, Walland, Wears Valley, Seymour, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Strawberry Plains and Greeneville— and the venues between them. The first 25 miles are included in your package price; a mileage surcharge applies beyond.

How Many Guests Can a Luxury Restroom Trailer Accommodate?

The Estate is a five-fixture trailer and comfortably serves up to 350 guests for a typical five-hour reception. We'll confirm the right setup for your guest count and timeline.
